The XF Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer, also known as an ebullating dryer or fluidized bed dryer, offers a comprehensive solution for efficient drying and cooling processes across various industries. Comprising essential components such as an air filter, ebullating bed host, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operating table, this versatile system ensures performance tailored to diverse material properties. With the flexibility to select appropriate dust removal equipment—be it a cyclone separator, bag dust collector, or both—the XF Horizontal Boiling Drying (Cooling) Machine caters to specific needs, whether drying granules or powdery substances. Its operation involves introducing granular solids into the fluidized bed dryer through a feeder, where heated, filtered air is circulated to achieve gas-solid heat and mass exchange, resulting in efficient drying. Upon completion, the dried material is discharged while waste gas is released from the top of the ebullating bed. The system features options for pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors to enhance process efficiency. Suitable for a wide range of applications including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and grain processing, this machine accommodates materials with particle sizes up to 6mm, with performance for particles sized 0.5-3mm.
