Its versatility spans applications such as dehydrated vegetables, rice, Chinese medicine pieces, pigments, dyes, cotton and wool washing, roasted seeds and nuts, plastic particles heat treatment, magnetic powder drying, iron oxide yellow, light calcium carbonate, white carbon black, and more. This equipment's efficiency lies in its customization options, where customers collaborate with factory designers to determine technical parameters like air volume, temperature, relative humidity, and operating speed, ensuring performance and reliability. The working principle involves material evenly spread on stainless steel wire mesh, driven through drying sections by a mesh belt under constant speed. Hot air circulates, exchanging heat with materials, and is continuously heated via heat exchangers for efficient drying. The DW series stands out for its fast drying, high evaporation rates, and quality output, particularly suited for materials sensitive to high temperatures or requiring granulation.
