Who Are We?

Changzhou Yimin Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. is China Vacuum Dryers Manufacturers and Vacuum Dryers factory, located in the birthplace of China's drying equipment industry - Jiaoxi Industrial Park, Zhenglu Town, Changzhou City. It is adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, and 5 kilometers from the Hengshan Crossing of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. It is a key backbone enterprise in China's drying industry and pharmaceutical machinery. The company currently covers an area of 33,000 square meters and a building area of 18,000 square meters. The company has modern large-scale production workshops and equipment, fixed assets of more than 80 million yuan, and more than 120 employees. The founder of the company, Mr. Fan Yiming, has been committed to the research, production and operation of drying equipment for more than 20 years. At the same time, he has also brought together a group of high-quality talents integrating scientific research, design, production and service, and has long-term horizontal cooperation with relevant colleges and universities to continuously update and develop products.

At present, the company has more than 180 sets of processing equipment and strong technical force. It produces more than 2,000 sets of various drying, mixing, granulating, crushing, dust removal, powder screening and other equipment annually. The products have developed into eight series with more than 300 specifications and varieties, which are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, feed, mining, agricultural and sideline products, electronics, light industry and other industries. The products are distributed throughout the country and exported to the United States, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other places.

The factory also has a large test workshop with a full range of prototypes. Customers are welcome to bring materials for testing and ordering.

Cleaning and maintenance of vacuum dryer

As a precision instrument, the cleaning and maintenance of vacuum dryer are of great significance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, extend its service life and ensure product quality.

Cleaning precautions:
Stop cooling: Before cleaning, make sure that the equipment has been completely cooled.
Choose a suitable cleaning agent: Choose a suitable cleaning agent according to the material of the equipment and the nature of the dirt, and avoid using highly corrosive chemicals.
Avoid water ingress: During the cleaning process, moisture should be avoided from entering the electrical components to avoid short circuits.
Regular cleaning: It is recommended to clean the equipment regularly to keep the equipment clean and hygienic.
Cleaning steps:
Disconnect the power supply: Before any cleaning work, be sure to disconnect the power supply to ensure safety.
Remove removable parts: According to the structure of the equipment, remove removable parts such as trays, partitions, etc. for easy cleaning.
Remove dirt: Dip a soft cloth or sponge in an appropriate amount of cleaning agent and gently wipe the dirt on the surface and inside of the equipment. For stubborn stains, you can use a soft brush to gently scrub.
Rinse: Rinse with clean water to ensure that the residue of the cleaning agent is completely removed.
Drying: Wipe the equipment with a clean soft cloth, or place it in a ventilated place to dry naturally.
Assembly: Assemble the disassembled parts in place.
Maintenance:
Regular inspection: Check the various parts of the equipment regularly to check whether there are signs of looseness, damage or wear.
Lubrication: Lubricate the parts that need lubrication regularly according to the equipment manual.
Replace wearing parts: Regularly replace wearing parts such as vacuum pump oil and seals.

Maintenance of vacuum pumps
The vacuum pump is an important part of the vacuum dryer, and its maintenance is particularly important.

Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil: Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil according to the vacuum pump manual.
Check the sealing of the vacuum pump: Regularly check the sealing of the vacuum pump to ensure that there is no air leakage.
Clean the vacuum pump: Regularly clean the impurities inside the vacuum pump.
