Description

This product can indirectly heat or cool paste, granular, powder, and slurry materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special wedge shaped stirring heat transfer paddle in the equipment has high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer surface.

Wedge shaped hollow blades are densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the thermal medium flows from the hollow shaft to the blades. The heat transfer area per unit effective volume is large. The temperature of the thermal medium ranges from - 40 ℃ to 320 ℃, and can be water or other liquids, such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. Indirect conduction heating does not carry air away heat, which is used to heat materials. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation to the environment through the insulation layer of the body. The heat transfer surface of the wedge-shaped blade has a cleaning function. The relative movement of material particles and the wedge surface produces a scrubbing effect, which can wash away the attached materials on the wedge surface, maintaining a clean heat transfer surface during operation. The shell of the paddle dryer is a type, with two to four hollow mixing shafts arranged inside the shell. The housing has a sealed end cover and an upper cover, which fully functions to prevent the leakage of material dust. The heat transfer medium flows through the shell jacket and the hollow stirring shaft through a rotary joint. The hollow stirring shaft has different internal structures depending on the type of heat medium to ensure heat transfer efficiency.

Characteristic

1. The paddle dryer has low energy consumption. Due to indirect heating, it does not carry a large amount of air and carry away heat. The outer wall of the dryer is also provided with an insulation layer, which requires only a small amount of heat to evaporate 1KG of water for slurry materials.

2. The blade dryer system has a low cost and a large heat transfer surface per unit effective volume, shortening processing time. Due to the smaller size of the equipment, the building area and space are reduced.

3. Using different thermal media, it can handle a wide range of materials, both heat sensitive materials and materials requiring high temperature treatment. Common media include steam, heat transfer oil, hot water, cooling water, etc. It can be operated continuously or intermittently, and can be applied in many fields.

4. Low environmental pollution, no use of carrying air, less entrainment of powder materials. Material solvent evaporation is small and easy to handle. Closed circuit circulation can be used for contaminated materials or working conditions where solvent recovery is required.

5. Low operating costs, the equipment operates normally, only 1 hour per day per person. Low speed mixing and reasonable structure. Low wear and repair costs.

6. Stable operation. Due to the special compression, expansion, and stirring action of the wedge-shaped paddle, the material particles fully contact the heat transfer surface. Within the axial range, the temperature, humidity, and mixing gradient of the material are very small, ensuring the stability of the process.
