It is a stirring type of closed vacuum
dryer. a jack-heating single cone vacuum sealed tank to continuously agitate
the material with a stirring slurry to evenly dry the material .The dryer
adopts a single cone tank design, with simple structure and convenient
operation. It belongs to batch type intermittent drying operation, with no dead
corners during cleaning. It is widely used in the concentration, drying,
evaporation, and solvent recovery of powder, filter cake, crystal, and liquid
in pharmaceutical, biological, chemical, food, and other industries.
Working Principle
The Single Cone Vacuum dryer provides a conical spiral ribbon for agitation.While the whole spiral stirring slurry rotates,the spiral ribbon constantly lifts,flips and scrapes down the material,when the material in the tank is mixed evenly and heated evenly.The evaporated solvent and water vapor are discharged after the vacuum system condenses and recycles through the filter dust.
