Traditional Chinese medicine extract spray dryers can be used to dry materials with a water content of 50% to 80%. Even if the moisture content of a special material is as high as 90%, it can be dried at once into a powdered product without being concentrated. The equipment ordered by the company was due to the dry material as a food additive, so the cylinder, pipes, and all material contact parts were all made of SUS316L stainless steel, which ensured that the product was not contaminated. Using steam heater and electric heating compensation, it is convenient to operate in the production process. The operating system adopts integrated control, that is, the indicating device and the opening and closing device for installing various components in the control cabinet. The equipment is equipped with a cold wall device, so that the temperature of the inner wall is maintained at about 70°C. The material is not coked and does not stick to the wall during the drying process.
